Marketplace role
Home Value displays property advertising from the firm identified on each listing and may route your enquiry to that firm. Home Value does not negotiate, conclude a property transaction, value property, represent you or the lister, or receive rent, deposits, purchase money or other property funds.
Verification limits
A verified firm label describes only the stated identity, registration or representative-authority checks. It does not verify title, ownership, lawful use, planning approval, physical condition, price, financing, current availability, transaction success or absence of fraud.
Your checks
Independently verify the property, counterparty, authority, documents and payment instructions and obtain appropriate legal, survey, planning, tax or financial advice. Never send property funds to Home Value.
Acceptable use and complaints
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive or unnecessarily sensitive enquiry content. Use the listing report flow for suspected fraud, inaccuracy, authority, privacy, copyright, discrimination or safety concerns. Reporting does not establish that an allegation is true.
