Advertising service only

Home Value supplies fixed-fee listing, storefront, moderation, promotion and enquiry-routing technology. It does not negotiate, value property, represent a transaction party, receive property money or earn transaction-linked commission. This boundary reduces risk but does not resolve Home Value’s regulatory classification.

Firm warranties

The firm must maintain applicable registration and authority, submit accurate current inventory, hold media rights, disclose charges, protect lead data and promptly withdraw unavailable listings. Verification is limited to the scope expressly recorded by Home Value.

Moderation and enforcement

Home Value may request information, reject, suspend or take down listings, preserve evidence and restrict repeat offenders. Firms may appeal with factual supporting reasons. Paid placement cannot bypass moderation, quota, safety or availability rules.

Commercial terms

Any approved service will use versioned affirmative acceptance and an itemised manual invoice describing package, duration, limits, currency, tax, cancellation and refund treatment. There is no Paynow checkout, automatic renewal, lead fee, commission or guaranteed traffic, enquiry or return.

Launch dependency

These terms are a product draft, not an offer to supply a paid service. External counsel, POTRAZ, tax, fiscalisation, operator details and data-sharing documents must be completed before activation.
